I believe that with the structure he has set up for Sunyatta, the team has flourished under Notions' leadership. Notions has been encouraging to his teammates, and is always considerate of them. He sticks to his guns when the going gets rough; I believe he has earned the respect of his team, which can be difficult in an IN squad as members will come and go. His dedication to improving both his team and himself is both commendable and inspirational. Excellent work, Notions, keep it up!
